These can be divided into these categories:
- Mental preparation and education - things we can learn and personal practices we can develop to help us on our mission.
- Civic engagement - ways that we can use our effort, our voice, and our vote to create change in society.
- Consumer behaviour - what can we change in our daily lives
- As an employee or employer
